Application Submission
The Franchisee Form enclosed along with this brochure will need to be filled up and sent to the SWIFT corporate office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Submission of your Franchisee Form is confidential. This will allow us to make an initial assessment of your financial status, personal and business background. It will also help us review your location preferences. SWIFT will respond to you within a few days about your application.
Understand the Franchisee Opportunities
Once selected you are requested to do your homework. Like any other business this business also has its share of risks and rewards. Please thoroughly read the Franchisee Brochure and all other material about the company and its courses. Also do not shy away from asking any questions that you might have. We will make every effort to address your queries promptly. You will be invited to visit our Head Office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India to meet our entire franchisee support team.
Execution of Franchisee Agreement
By this time you must have assessed the business potential of the franchisee and satisfied yourself about our credentials and would want to move forward. You are now positioned to become a partner. When you sign the Franchisee Agreement, we will assist you in getting your operations going in the shortest possible time. We will help you in site selection and arranging for the fit-out and equipping of the centre. We will also provide the necessary inputs for the launch of your new business. Finally, we will schedule your training and development schedule.
Prepare to Do Business
Complete the training session at the Head Office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Follow the checklist and arrange the hiring and training of your employees. Also finalize all statutory requirements and business contracts like licenses and telephone service. We will prepare with you, your advertising for the launch – this will begin to educate the public on the imminent launch of a new world class educational and training set up.
Training, Site Set-Up and Launch
At least one week prior to the centre opening, our operational team will help train your people. In addition to your initial training, our team will ensure a smooth beginning and will be with you in your initial days at every step. Your launch will be a major event signifying your new business arrival!
Franchisee Terms & Condition are:
- Centre Incharge must be computer literate .
- One Theory Room, One Practical Room & One Office required.
- Minimum 5 computers required.
- Franchisee processing fee is Rs. 2000/-(Two Thousands Only).
- Validity of License is 2years. After two years franchisee has to renew.
- Rs. 1000/-(One Thousand Only) Renewal Fee.
- You can start with any number of Courses.
- We will Provide Study Material*.
- You can conduct 3 Months / 6 Months / 12 Months course training .
- We will provide Faculty Training & Teaching material on minimum cost.
Required documents for opening SWIFT ACADEMY Education study center
- Apply on franchisee Application form with complete details of Applicant, premises, available hardware & software.
- Inspection & approval
- Please send franchisee form along with all required documents at our Master Franchisee SWIFT ACADEMY, Tehsil Road, Deoband,Saharanpur (U.P.) 247554, INDIA.
- Within 5-7 days you will receive approval letter after verification of your proposed location.
Agreement
Once your franchise application is approved, SWIFT ACADEMY will send you agreement documents which is valid for next Two years. In case if any required document is pending and we will not receive it within a week of approval, your franchise application will be rejected. After signing the legal agreement, the new franchise center would send the Faculty/Counselor/Centre Manager to our HO/RO for training if required. Advertisement and publicity material will be handed over for the final launch of the new centre.
Marketing Support
- For the development and advertisement of your centre, SWIFT ACADEMY Head Office will provide you all details.
- Mainboard flex of 7*3.
c) 500 pamphlets, 100 posters will be provided FREE of cost to study center at the time of inauguration. SWIFT ACADEMY do not force you for centralized expensive add, instead SWIFT ACADEMY ask you to focus more on local newspaper advertisement as students from local 4-10 km area will join your centre. Coupled with local newspaper advertisement, Advertisement cost in local/ regional newspaper is shared equally among all franchise all this is so effective that if your requirement is of 50 students, you will get much more than the required students. If you try a little bit harder then you can generate Rs. 25,000/- thousand to 30,000/- per Month easily for only 100 – 150 students per month. The ratio of amount is increase and decrease according to strength of students.
